In Surah Luqman, Allah said: “And We had certainly given Luqman wisdom [and said], “Be grateful to Allah.” And whoever is grateful is grateful for [the benefit of] himself. And whoever denies [His favor] – then indeed, Allah is Free of need and Praiseworthy.” [Quran 31:12] When we think of a wise person, we imagine someone who knows a Ala-Maududi. (31:3) a guidance and mercy for the doers of good, [2] 2. That is, these verses give guidance to the right way and have been sent down as a mercy from God.
